A guest has the network name but doesn’t know which password to use. Another connects successfully but says the internet isn’t working. These are different requests: one needs a clear detail, the other needs a question that helps establish what’s happening.
Good Wi-Fi instructions take seconds to read and make it easy to ask for help. Here are the details to prepare, three sample messages and how to use the information in your digital guide and Rentevo replies.
Write the exact network name and password on separate lines, preserving capitals, numbers and symbols. If several networks are visible, specify the guest network. Guests shouldn’t have to choose between details printed on the router and an old password in the welcome message.
Test the details at the property on a device before sharing them. When the password changes, update the guide, saved messages and assistant information. For multiple homes, check each one individually: accurate details for the wrong property still won’t help.
These are sample messages. Replace the bracketed fields with verified property details; in the third message, commit to an update your team can deliver. Each message should help the guest take the next step.

If the network isn’t visible, ask where the guest is and whether they can see the correct name. If the password is rejected, check the network and characters first. If a connected device has no internet, ask whether another device has the same issue; that helps the person checking the connection.
Prepare only the steps you know and have checked for that property. Avoid a generic instruction to reset the router: it can change its settings and make the problem harder to resolve. If someone needs to visit, agree access with the guest and hand the case to your team.
