Arrival
Address, parking, entrance and the property contact. Use recognisable landmarks: a side entrance or a gate can be more useful than a long introduction to the rental.
Your property information, on your guest’s phone
Arriving at an unfamiliar rental brings small but practical questions: where to park, how to turn on the heating, where to put the rubbish. A useful guest guide puts those answers within reach, without making guests search through old messages.
With Rentevo, you prepare a guide for each vacation rental, share it through a link or QR code, and offer a chat for follow-up questions. Guests read the instructions in their browser while your team follows conversations in the inbox.
Organise information around when guests need it. Start with anything that could hold up an arrival or disrupt an evening, then add details that help people settle in. Instructions should belong to that specific property, even when you manage a large portfolio.
Address, parking, entrance and the property contact. Use recognisable landmarks: a side entrance or a gate can be more useful than a long introduction to the rental.
Wi-Fi network, heating and appliance instructions, rubbish collection and house rules. Explain what guests should do and where to find what they need.
Check-out time, where to leave the keys and what to do before leaving. If a request needs your approval, such as storing luggage for longer, explain that guests need to arrange it with your team.
In Guest Guide, select your property management system and property. Rentevo uses the property information, knowledge base and available documents to generate the guide. Start with the instructions you already use, organised by rental.
Generation gives you a starting point. Read the preview, check the details and edit headings and text in the Italian source version. You can add sections, choose a style and save the property’s guide. Before sharing it, check access instructions, times and contact details carefully.
The guide is available in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. Translated versions help guests find instructions in their language; review them before distributing the link too.
In the Public link and QR card, choose your link name and save the publication. Copy the address, open the guide and download the QR code for the published link. Guests open the page in their browser without creating a Rentevo account.
Include the link in arrival communications and place the QR code somewhere visible in the rental. Before printing it, open it on your phone and check that it leads to the right guide. You can disable the public link without deleting the saved guide.
Publish only information you want to share with anyone who opens the link. Keep internal team notes and personal information out: the guide is a public page, not a private booking portal.
Guests can open a chat from the guide and ask their question. Their name and stay dates are optional. The conversation appears in the property’s inbox so your team can read it and reply without looking in a separate system.
AI replies follow the property and conversation settings. Before enabling live replies, use Test Mode to review prepared answers without sending them to guests. Oven instructions can answer a question about using it; a broken oven needs the property team’s attention.
This chat uses a demonstration property and is the same demo as on the homepage. Ask about Wi-Fi or check-out and continue the conversation. It demonstrates the assistant, rather than the guide editor or your guests’ data.
The guide gathers information guests can look up. Conversations help when someone has a specific question or wants to speak to your team. You can offer both: a convenient link and replies through the channels you already use.
Prepare the information, generate a guide, review the preview and try the link on your phone. A demo with the Rentevo team helps you see how this works for your business before extending it to other rentals.
Rentevo offers a 15-day trial. Pricing is €9 per property per month, including VAT, for up to 10 properties; larger portfolios receive custom pricing.
