Your guest has found the right address, but the entrance is on the next street. Or they can see a parking area and don’t know which space belongs to the apartment. Missing details turn a straightforward arrival into a string of messages while they are unloading their bags.
Good instructions guide guests through the last part of their journey: where to stop, how to recognise the entrance and what to do if something looks different. Here is a practical outline and three adaptable messages, followed by how Rentevo uses this information in guest replies.
Open the map link on your phone and follow the route to the actual entrance. A correct address can still lead to the wrong side of a building or a service gate. If the map destination is separate from the entrance, explain the difference using a visible landmark.
Prepare these details for each property. Keep parking and property access separate: finding the right parking space does not mean finding the right front door.
These are demonstration examples: replace the placeholders with property details and keep only the relevant steps. A guest arriving on foot does not need garage access instructions.

When bringing luggage, allow for [stairs, surface or another real detail of the route]. If you cannot identify the entrance, tell us where you are and we’ll help.
“Parking nearby” leaves several questions unanswered. An included private space, a paid garage and street parking are different arrangements. Explain which one you actually offer and, where needed, add a checked alternative without promising live availability.
If vehicle access is on another street or requires a permit, put that step before the link to the front door. For evening arrivals, choose a landmark that remains recognisable after dark. Photos of the entrance and parking space can accompany the property instructions you prepare.
