How do automatic AI responses work?

What happens when the AI doesn't know how to respond?
If the request is complex or requires a human decision, the AI automatically activates 'Human-In-The-Loop': it saves an internal message visible only to you with the reason and sends you a notification (via Telegram or push notification) to intervene quickly.
