Access and parking
Explain how to reach the rental, where to park and how to identify the right entrance. A question like “we’re at the gate, what now?” needs practical directions.
Lodgify integration
The welcome message is sent. Now come the questions.
One guest can’t find the parking space. Another asks whether there’s a cot. A third writes in English while you’re handling a check-in. Keeping conversations in Lodgify helps you find them, but every question still needs the right information.
An assistant for Lodgify users should start with the reservation, identify the rental the question refers to and use that property’s instructions. Rentevo brings these together to handle recurring questions and involve your team when a decision is needed.
Connect your Lodgify account and Rentevo imports the available properties, reservations and conversations. When a message arrives, the assistant uses the linked stay and the rental’s information to prepare a reply in the guest’s language.
The reply goes back through Lodgify. For Airbnb and Booking.com, it follows the channel already connected to the stay; for direct bookings, it follows Lodgify’s messaging route. Guests keep using the conversation they already know.
You keep managing availability, reservations and channels in Lodgify. In Rentevo, you prepare the assistant’s information and oversee guest conversations.
One apartment’s Wi-Fi password won’t work next door. The same applies to the entrance, parking space and check-out time. That’s why you prepare instructions for each property before enabling replies.
In Rentevo, you can collect house instructions in each property’s knowledge base and add useful documents. Your team keeps that information up to date: if the gate code changes, update it once so the assistant can use it in future conversations.

Add Wi-Fi details, appliance instructions, waste collection and house rules. The assistant can answer even when a guest phrases the question differently from your instructions.
A late check-out to approve or a fault that needs fixing on site calls for your team. You can step into the conversation and decide how to handle the request.
In Lodgify, open Settings → General settings → Public API. On the “Your API key” page, select Copy.
Open Lodgify’s API settingsIn Rentevo, go to Settings → Integrations → Channel Manager, add a connection, select Lodgify and paste the key. Rentevo checks access and starts importing your data.
Add the rental’s instructions and start in test mode. Begin with one property, review the prepared replies and then enable the assistant for more rentals.
This is the same interactive chat as our homepage. It uses a demonstration property, not your Lodgify account. Ask about access, parking or house rules, then keep the conversation going. To try your own properties’ information, use test mode in your account.
Test mode prepares replies without sending them to guests. Review how your instructions are used, fill in missing details and check the tone. Each property can have its own setting, so you enable automatic replies when that rental is ready.
When a request needs your input, Rentevo can involve your team. You can also reply yourself and disable AI for the property.
