Rentevo is the AI co-host for property managers and short-term rental hosts. It was created to solve a specific operational problem: managing many guest conversations quickly, consistently, and with control.
What we build
Rentevo connects conversations from WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, and supported PMS or channel manager platforms. The AI uses booking context and each property's knowledge base to prepare useful answers in more than 100 languages, without requiring the team to reconstruct information that is already available.
How we work
Automation must remain verifiable. Rentevo therefore includes a test mode, human supervision, and requests for help when reliable information is missing or a situation requires a property manager's decision. Repetitive messages are handled faster, while exceptions remain in people's hands.
Who Rentevo is for
Rentevo is designed for hosts and property managers who manage one or more properties and want to reduce repetitive messaging work. It is especially useful when conversations arrive from different channels, guests write in several languages, or each property requires specific instructions for check-in, parking, Wi-Fi, and house rules.
Rentevo does not replace the PMS or channel manager: it works alongside them and focuses on guest communication. The team continues to manage calendars, availability, and operations in its existing system, while Rentevo uses the available context to speed up replies and surface situations that need attention.
